Diego Rivera was a prominent Mexican artist who helped begin the local movement in muralism. Yesterday we visited the National Palace to see murals he completed in the early 1900s.
Rivera was married (twice) to famous Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. We visited their home Thursday. I was struck again by what rich, complicated, full lives they must have had.
